2. Service Description

GiftBookStory provides an AI-powered personalised book creation service. Users provide information about a person, and our AI generates a unique story. Books can be purchased as digital PDFs or printed copies.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information for book creation and delivery
• You must not use the service to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to create a book about another person
• Uploaded photos must be your own or used with permission

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.

5. Delivery

Digital PDFs are delivered instantly via email. Printed books are typically delivered within 7-10 business days (UK). We offer free UK delivery on all print orders.

6. Refunds

If there is a print quality issue, contact us within 14 days for a reprint or refund. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for content preferences. Digital PDF purchases are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The generated story and cover art are created for your personal use. You may share and gift the book freely. Commercial reproduction or resale is not permitted without written consent.
